These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY] ( “PeePom”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the PeePom website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
PeePom is an early-stage product. We're still building it, so features will change and some of these terms reflect that.
PeePom analyses short-form videos — for now, TikTok videos — before you post them, and gives you a predicted retention curve, a scorecard, and suggested edits. Everything we return is an estimate meant to help you edit. It is not a promise about how a video will perform. Views, watch time, and reach depend on things we don't control, and we don't guarantee any result.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Keep your login details safe and don't share them. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us quickly if you think someone else has access to it. Give us accurate information when you sign up.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. On top of that:
Please don't:
PeePom isn't connected to, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any other platform we mention. Their names and trademarks belong to them. When you post, following each platform's own rules is on you.
The Service is free for now, or free up to a set number of analyses. We may add paid plans later, and we'll tell you before charging you for anything. While we're still building, we may change, limit, or pause features.
The Service itself — the software, the scoring frameworks, the design, and the PeePom name — belongs to us. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use it. Nothing here transfers ownership of any part of it to you.
If your content or your use of the Service causes a claim against us from someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we face as a result, as far as the law allows.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and cover for us carry on after your account ends.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and its predictions can be wrong. As far as the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties that would otherwise apply.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost views, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or any indirect loss that comes from using the Service or relying on its predictions. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [100 / local currency] if that's greater. None of this limits liability that can't be excluded by law.
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we'll give you reasonable notice. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] will handle any disputes. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Together with our Privacy Policy, this is the whole agreement between us about the Service.
